Built by owners, for owners
Boomerang was founded in 2014 by Drew Linn and William Hall — spouses, Hoosiers, and rental-property owners themselves. Behind the company sits more than thirty years of residential rental experience, over twenty of them earned before Boomerang existed.
We own Indianapolis rental homes and manage them alongside our clients' — about 62 single-family homes across the nine-county Indianapolis metro, run from right here in Indianapolis. That's deliberate: staying small keeps the service personal. We know every home we manage.
